Shipping

For your convenience we provide a number of ways to get our products to your door. At Innher Beauty, your shipment is carefully and securely packaged. In other words, your items leave our business in quality condition. Each package is surveyed through our high standard quality control twice before leaving our facility. Should you encounter a missed or damaged delivery, you should contact the courier you chose at checkout immediately.

If for any reason a courier is unable to deliver shipment, you will be responsible for the re-shipment of your package. If your package is returned to Innher Beauty due to customer refusal to accept delivery (unless packaging appears to be damaged) the customer will be responsible for any shipping cost including a 25% restocking fee unless an error on our part.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that has external damages please refuse the package and fill out a claim form with the carrier that delivered your package.

Processing Orders

Please allow 24-48 hours to process your orders upon receipt of payment. If an item is out of stock you will not be charged for that item and you will be notified by email or phone. If you have any questions regarding you shipment, please email sales@innherbeauty.com

Tracking Orders

We will attempt to make you are aware of when your products leave our store. To ensure this policy, we strongly suggest providing an email address upon checkout for this and any other notification regarding your order.

Once you have been informed of the tracking number, you can go to the courier's web site and enter into its tracking search field. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for your package as this is an option to each customer.

Returns

Due to possible contamination, fragrance oils are non-returnable/non-exchangeable. All other merchandise must be issued a return authorization code within 7 days of receipt. A return code is issued by emailing us or by calling Toll Free: 1-877-900-OILS (6457). Unless our error, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Innher Beauty may not accept the items if deemed unfit for resale.

Complete return Authorization Form and return with Item
Pack each item safely for shipping
Use a traceable shipping method (no exceptions)
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment excluding shipping and handling
